Have you ever wondered where all the plastic bottles, jugs and containers you collect, rinse and sort so carefully end up after they are hauled off to the recycling center? The answer is very simple. Right now, they tend to go nowhere.
So here is my question
What are the negative effects that the Myanmar government fail to dispose the plastic bag in proper way?

This is an interesting topic. When I took the train from Yangon to Mandalay, I was stunned by all the plastic bags on the side of the tracks.

How do we formulate questions in English?
Acturally I think you should give us some brief introduction of the plastic bag problem. Cuz it is a global problem and why is it severer in Myanmar?
